Instructions for requesting the e-Capsule™ Product License using a Prepaid code - Products

Login at the EISST website from this link: http://www.eisst.com/user/login/ using the login credentials listed in the e-Capsule™ order confirmation email sent to you after your purchase.

Launch the e-Capsule™ application from the U3 Launchpad of the USB device on which you want to install the license.

Select the preferred language and then when you see the dialog window which prompts you to Try, Buy or Enter license, click: Buy now. You will be redirected to the EISST license request page.

In the EISST license request page, choose I ALREADY HAVE A PREPAID LICENSE NUMBER option and enter (you can use Copy/Paste) the license number, which is listed in the e-mail sent to you when confirming your purchase and then click PROCEED

Please allow up to 24hrs for the license provisioning process to complete. You will then receive a last email with a link to your license repository from which you can download the product license for your USB device.

Save the license file in some location on your PC.

Start the e-Capsule™ application again and click Enter license when you see the dialog box which invites you to either Try, Buy or Enter a valid license.

Locate the downloaded license saved on your PC and click Open.

The downloaded license and the application will thus be fully installed and activated!

IMPORTANT: The e-Capsule™ product license is restricted to the USB device used for requesting the purchase. In other words, the application can be used only from one single U3 device at a time since the product license is tied to one unit's serial number.
