The e-Capsule™ File Server client application is characterized by the fact that it is "zero-footprint", indicating that no trace is left of the session on the PC, either as temporary files or operating system registry values. After you have finished your e-Capsule™ session on the host PC, no one will be able to recover any useful information on the encrypted data or on the session itself. Furthermore, even the system administrator(s) will be unable to access or view the content of the files stored inside of the encrypted repository.

The e-Capsule™ File Server allows sharing and managing the encrypted files stored on the network repository without the need to release clear data to other external applications. For example, you can read a PDF, JPEG or text file using the application's Secure View module, without leaving the protected e-Capsule™ environment. Your sensitive data is therefore kept always encrypted and released in clear format only when you request it.
