Reliability
Reliability measures the degree to which any computer-related component or service (software, hardware, network elements, authorization engines, biometric systems, etc.) is able to perform consistently according to its specifications. Reliability is one of three fundamental attributes that must be considered when building, buying, or using a computer product or component: reliability, availability, and serviceability.
Return on Investment (ROI)
Return on Investment (ROI) measures how effectively the firm uses its capital to generate profit; the higher the ROI, the better. More generally, ROI measures the income that an investment provides in a year. In strict financial terms, ROI is a measure of a corporation's profitability, equal to a fiscal year's income divided by common stock and preferred stock equity plus long-term debt.
